Our Trainers
|
All Good Bodies trainers are required to have a strong foundation of fitness and wellness knowledge. Mastery in the areas of exercise prescription, anatomy, kinesiology, nutrition, and interpersonal skills are essential in building this base of competency. Many of our trainers have advanced level certifications that allow them to work effectively and safely with specific population groups. Such areas of specialization include lifestyle and weight management, pre- and post- natal training, sports specific conditioning, and post-rehabilitation strengthening.
