Performance Offerings


Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa-style yoga combines a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing for an intense body-mind workout.  Vinyasa is exercise that develops strength and flexibility while keeping students on the move.  Yoga is a wonderful cross-training tool to continue building strength in ways that traditional exercise cannot.  Appropriate for beginner to advanced level participant.

 Yoga Sculpt
This yoga class brings with it the element of iron in the form of dumbbells.  Yoga poses (asanas) are intermixed with traditional strength training exercises to strengthen and tone the muscles.  Overall conditioning is achieved in this format with emphasis on core strength. A definate change of pace, This class will be challenging and fun!


Body Performance
It's time to challenge yourself with this activity-based strength/cardio training circuit workout!  Set up in stations, you will find yourself moving non-stop through exercises focusing on the entire body. Full body functional movements utilizing: weights, bands, balls, body weight, agility drills, and boxing.  There’s a little bit of everything involved. The core muscles receive their fair share of attention as well! Time flies as you and your classmates work in an energized and motivating atmosphere.
