Personal Training
Personal Training started Good Bodies back in 1994, and it's what continues to drive us today. No where else will you find over 15 personal trainers as dedicated to getting you safe and effective results without the intimidation or trainer competitiveness found at many other facilities. Many of our trainers have been with us since 1997 and have witnessed firsthand the difficulty clients face as they try to stay in shape and reach a goal weight. Good Bodies trainers stress the importance of self-acceptance and a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition which will lead to long term goals such as increased energy and weight loss.
Personal Training sessions are usually sold in single sessions or packages of eight. We will help you choose, based on goals and previous experience, whether you need a: 1/2 hour, 45 minute, or 1 hour session. Even if you have previous experience in other facilities, Good Bodies trainers will show you the most effective ways to utilize our equipment so you are not wasting your time. Each session will include resistance training with tubing, cables, and/or dumbells; cardiovascular conditioning with treadmills, elliptical trainers, and/or the rowing machine; and balance training with balance board, foam rolls and/or dynadisks.
If a package of training sessions is not for you, a more cost effective way to reach your wellness goals is the Good Bodies Membership. Membership entitles you to full facility usage and one personal training session per month to keep your program from getting stale and gives you the flexibilty to use the facility without scheduling an appointment.
