- Emphasize corrective exercises to improve structural weaknesses and reduce the potential for injury.

Structural Program Features:
- The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify movement imbalances.
- 4 comprehensive one-hour training sessions to design a training program or modify an existing one.
- 12 weeks of training progressions to take on your own or use at Good Bodies.
Metabolic Program Features:
- The Bod Pod (used by many NFL teams) to accurately determine body composition.
- New Leaf metabolic testing to determine VO2 max/submax, heart rate training zones, and resting metabolic rate.
