Step One - Assess

Good Bodies' new program, consisting of one 15-minute assessment and two 30-minute assessments, takes a "snapshot" of your metabolism by measuring:

  • Your Body Fat percentage in the Bod Pod to determine your true body composition and health risks.
  • Your Resting Metabolic Rate to determine your daily caloric needs.
  • Your Exercise Metabolic Rate to determine the correct heart rate intensities for your workouts.

 

Step Two - Personal Program

With these assessments, our fitness professionals will design a custom program that really works for you!

  • Train your body to use fat more efficiently for energy.
  • Learn to eat enough calories to keep your metabolism active but not too many calories that will lead to fat storage.

 

Step Three - Achieve

Your personal program provides you with all the tools and information to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.  With proper nutrition and exercising at the level that is right for your body, you will get maximum results in the minimum time!
