Fitness Program Features:
Personal Training and Membership options.
- 30 minute, 45 minute, or one hour personal training sessions to meet your needs and available time. All training packages include a cardiovascular membership, allowing you to come in any of our open hours to do your cardio program.
- Convenient 3-month full facility membership packages that include one hour of personal training per month to keep your program on track.
Both options include:
- The Functional Movement Screen (FMS), to identify movement and strength imbalances.
- The Bod Pod to determine your body composition and daily caloric needs.
- Dedicated time for setting short and long-term goals.
