Lemon-Garlic Shrimp

In a medium bowl, combine lemon peel, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning; mix well. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to marinate. In a measuring cup, combine broth and cornstarch; blend well. Stir into shrimp mixture; add onions. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add shrimp mixture. Cook and stir until shrimp turn pink, 2 to 4 minutes.
