What has personal training, allowed you to do? I no longer experience any swelling or discomfort in my knees, even while I am playing tennis!
Also, A great side benefit has been a 35-pound weight loss that has allowed me to get back into clothing I haven't wore in years. The surprise was, at my son's wedding, "twenty something" friends of the bride were asking me what I do to look so great, so young! I was blown away.
What do you like best about Good Bodies?
My favorite thing has to be Jeff. He is always pleasant and professional; he works me hard but I am seldom sore the next day; he listens to my goals and is helping me achieve them. I have been coming to Good Bodies for only one year but I am never bored and continue to be challenged.
My favorite Good Bodies policy is that you may use the aerobics equipment even on days you do not have an appointment with a trainer. I also like it that the other trainers make an effort to be friendly and say hello, even though I don't work with them.
