What has personal training allowed you to do? Personal Training has made me stronger so that I can lift heavier items. More importantly it has given me the ability to hike in the mountains with more stamina and speed-to enjoy the trail!
What do you like best about Good Bodies? The cleanliness, the staff, and I love my trainer Jan, who has become a friend as well as a role model. She lives what she instructs.
What has been your biggest obstacle to success? How did you overcome it? My biggest obstacle to success has been believing it's not possible. I have found through hard work and proper training it is possible. Even an old body can get stronger. I am now setting new goals!
