What has personal training allowed you to do?  Lead an active lifestyle, free of joint pain and medicines, and helped to keep my weight under control. It has also allowed me to continue to enjoy and participate in recreation and competitive sports, especially rowing.* 

What do you like best about Good Bodies?
I really appreciate the value, which is based upon the quality and friendliness of the trainers, and their commitment to correct technique on all exercises for safety and potential benefit.

Betsy rows in the annual Head-of-the-Charles competition in Boston Massachusetts.  She has competed on an annual basis for over 20 years.
